 Guided Experience:

Employees will be seamlessly added to Zorro, our selection platform. They’ll receive an activation to start shopping for the right plan, based on their needs.

Expert Support:

If they prefer a personal touch, employees can schedule a call with our enrollment specialists. We’re here to guide them through every step of the process, ensuring they make the best choices.

 Hub Access:

For any questions or concerns, direct your employees to our Hub. It’s a one-stop resource where they can find answers or submit an Assistance Request Form (ARF) if they encounter any issues. mi-benefits.com/hub for more!

Continuous Updates:

As the administrator, you’ll receive updates at each stage. You’ll always know where your new hires are in the process and can step in if needed.
